SHINee member Minho (Choi Minho) revealed a 5 billion won apartment in Jamwon-dong that he purchased from actor Ha Jung-woo.
Minho’s new home was unveiled on Home Alone, episode 604, which aired on the 11th.
On that day, Minho revealed his first home after five years of living alone. It was a house boasting a spacious layout, a clean interior, and a panoramic view of the Han River.
Regarding this, Minho noted, “I love summer. However, I’ve never prioritized the view when choosing a place, but once I saw this view, I thought I had to go with this house. This house is my first home.”
The property gained additional attention as it was the dwelling Minho purchased from Ha Jung-woo. Minho and Ha Jung-woo developed a connection after appearing together on the TVING original variety show ‘Ticketing with Two Feet,’ which aired in 2023. At that time, Minho bought the dwelling that Ha Jung-woo had owned.
Minho’s house is actually the place where Ha Jung-woo lived for about 10 years, starting in 2013. Located in the upscale housing complex in Jamwon-dong, near the southern end of Han-nam Bridge, it offers a view of the Han River and is considered one of the top luxury locations in Seoul.
Notably, the property is arranged so that only one household occupies each floor, enhancing privacy and security. With a dedicated area of 244.91 square meters and a supply area of 304.48 square meters, it ranks among the rare large properties within Seoul.
Ha Jung-woo purchased the dwelling for 2.7 billion won and sold it for 5 billion won, generating a price gain of 2.3 billion won over a decade. Minho is reported to have paid the full amount of 5 billion won in cash.
Consequently, Minho’s first home is gaining attention once again after being revealed on Home Alone.
