The idol group IVE will take the stage at 'Lollapalooza Berlin' as the first K-pop girl group.
According to their agency Starship Entertainment, IVE (Ahn Yujin, Gaeul, Lei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, and Lee Seo) will perform at the world-renowned music festival 'Lollapalooza Berlin' held at the Olympiastadion & Olympiapark Berlin in Germany on the 12th (local time).
IVE is scheduled to perform for about 55 minutes starting at 7:10 p.m. local time (2:10 a.m. on the 13th in Korea) on the Telekom main stage. Fans in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria will be able to watch the performance live through 'Magenta Musik', while fans in other regions can watch it in real time through IVE's official YouTube channel.
With this performance, IVE will throw down the gauntlet at 'Lollapalooza Berlin' as the first K-pop girl group. They are expected to connect with global music fans through high-quality live performances, profound vocals, and unique team choreography, enhancing the atmosphere of the venue with an engaging band live performance.
In 2023, IVE met over 420,000 global fans by holding 37 performances in 28 cities across 19 countries during their debut world tour 'IVE THE 1ST WORLD TOUR 'SHOW WHAT I HAVE'. At the same time, in 2024, they are set to take the stage at 'Lollapalooza Chicago', showcasing the musical abilities and stage presence they have built through their world tour, earning the moniker 'SIS Dental'.
This year, IVE released their third mini album 'IVE EMPATHY', along with the pre-released song 'REBEL HEART' and the title track 'ATTITUDE', showcasing their presence on various global charts.
