Lee Jong-suk confronts the most avoidable incident in his life.
In the third episode of tvN's weekend drama 'Seocho-dong' (written by Lee Seung-hyun, directed by Park Seung-woo, planned by CJ ENM Studios, produced by Chorokbaem Media), An Ju-hyung (played by Lee Jong-suk) receives a case that makes him consider an exchange of lawsuits.
An Ju-hyung is a veteran lawyer who, thanks to his ability to perceive the case rationally and make logical judgments, finds clues even in difficult situations. Not only does he perfectly handle his assigned dividends, but he has been at the same job for 9 years, a rarity in the Seocho-dong legal town where job changes and openings frequently occur, due to his mindset of not being overly affected by court results.
Amid this, public photos capture An Ju-hyung—usually calm—appearing flustered. The client (played by Nam Yoon-ho), who commissioned the lawsuit, maintains a disrespectful attitude that antagonizes An Ju-hyung. A subtle tension flows between the stern-faced An Ju-hyung and the client, who has shown a lack of sincerity and manners since their first meeting.
An Ju-hyung is even in a situation where he wants to pull out of the case so much that he approaches his colleague lawyer Bae Moon-jeong (played by Ryu Hye-young) to suggest changing the work. Despite his employee mindset of doing what he is told even if it is an unwanted task, curiosity is rising about what has caused him to hesitate in defending this case.
The request from Nam Yoon-ho, which has put Lee Jong-suk in trouble, can be confirmed in the third episode of tvN's weekend drama 'Seocho-dong,' airing tonight at 9:20 p.m.
Meanwhile, from today's broadcast (12th), tvN's weekend drama 'Seocho-dong' will feature subtitle broadcasts.
