Broadcaster Lee Ha-jung shared her reality of parenting two children.
Lee Ha-jung said on the 10th, "Hah... Everyone sees me and says I've lost too much weight... It's because I'm parenting 24 hours a day. I tried to spend as much time at home with Yu-dam during the vacation, so I didn't schedule many classes... I'm at the point where Yu-dam is about to eat me up. The energy of a 6-year-old sister is immense."
She added, "I'm just barely sending her to exercise and taking a breather, but it's already time to arrive!" expressing her disappointment.
She continued, "Today, I also went to check if Si-wook is growing well. I was worried because his bone age is a bit early, but the place I visited today said there's no cause for concern, he is growing well, and his expected height looks good. However, his protein level is low, and his muscle mass is small (Did he inherit it from his mom...??!!) so I need to pay more attention. Parenting experts, how did you raise your kids? I thought I was providing enough meat, but the protein content is low... So I immediately bought a delicious protein shake. He exercises three times a week, and I'm trying to increase it by one more session, sending him to exercise today as well. It's an asset to do a lot of exercise when you're young for physical strength."
Lee Ha-jung said, "My body shape is slightly slouched, and my shoulder balance isn't right, so I've decided to go for body correction. I hope to check regularly and improve my posture. (Managing hard for my future daughter-in-law)." She added, "And there are essential nutrients needed for growing taller. If anyone is curious about the hospital, just leave a comment, and I'll provide the information! The kids are coming now, so I'll be back!"
Meanwhile, actor Jung Joon-ho and broadcaster Lee Ha-jung, who is a former announcer, got married in 2011 and have a son and a daughter. The couple, while living in Daechi-dong, Seoul, grabbed headlines by purchasing a high-end detached house worth 10 billion won in a golf club located in Songdo for their children attending an international school.
