"Home Alone" reveals the daily life of sports enthusiast SHINee's Minho, from swimming to cycling.
The MBC entertainment program "Home Alone" (abbreviated as Na-hon-san), airing on the 11th, will show Minho from SHINee training for a triathlon.
Now in his fifth year of living alone, Minho from SHINee radiates "fiery charisma" on stage and is recently crowned the "sports king" of the idol world, mastering various sports.
Waking up to a morning alarm, Minho shocks his fans with an endless series of alarms ringing every minute. Defending against the alarm assault, Minho struggles to get up and surprises everyone by saying, "I tend to sleep in too much," adding that he sets a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 alarms.
Next, his fifth-year "Minho House" will be revealed. With a comfortable interior showcasing gray and wood tones, Minho says, "This house is my first home; I chose it the instant I saw 'this.'" People are curious about the reason behind his choice of this house.
After just about 10 minutes of waking up, Minho heads out, arriving at a gym. He declares, "My life motto is 'let's take on challenges,'" noting that he has been training for a triathlon for the past three months. After just two months of training, he participated in his first competition, placing in the top ranks, and is currently intensively training to achieve his goals in the upcoming November competition.
The released photos capture Minho's chiseled abs and fiery eyes. Minho immerses himself in training alongside the "demonic coach" who shouts, "Endure! Hold on!" From swimming training set against intense currents to cycling training climbing the "IU Hill," reminiscent of IU's high notes, Minho's relentless fiery rush is expected to impress viewers. It will air on the 11th at 11:10 p.m.
