The group Say My Name announced the addition of new member Shui.
On the 10th, the agency Incode Entertainment stated via official social media, "Starting today, Say My Name is transitioning from a 7-member to an 8-member system, and new member Shui will be joining the team."
The agency noted, "As we embrace the new system, we deeply empathize with the various emotions that fans may feel," adding, "We will approach you with even more sincerity while maintaining Say My Name's unique identity and teamwork."
Say My Name is the first idol group launched by Incode Entertainment, founded by singer and actor Kim Jaejoong, debuting in October of last year. It is also known as the group that features Hitomi, a former member of Iz*One, making her re-debut.
Kim Jaejoong expressed his affection for the group, having promoted Say My Name at their debut showcase. A new member is joining after nine months since their debut.
Meanwhile, Say My Name is preparing for a comeback this summer.
