Um Tae-goo has expressed a surprising charm.
On 9th, a video titled "I'm afraid I'll run away again... We've invited Chae-young, the representative introvert of TWICE" was uploaded on the YouTube channel 'Workman'.
With images of Um Tae-goo and Chae-young quietly talking while engaging in craftwork, Um Tae-goo attracted attention by saying, "Suddenly, since the topic of speaking speed came up, I rap."
He went on to say, "I worked at JYP for 3 months. To learn rap. My rap teacher is affiliated with JYP, and because of a project, I just finished a couple of days ago, but I went in every week. Even on days without filming, I continued to go to JYP," surprising Chae-young.
At the same time, Um Tae-goo said, "So I was really glad. I go to JYP all the time. If I set my mind to it, I can adjust my speaking speed. I learned to rap," and added, "The teacher says I'm good, but he keeps smiling while saying that I'm doing well," evoking laughter.
Um Tae-goo is currently filming the movie 'Wild Thing' with Gang Dong-won and Park Ji-hyun. 'Wild Thing' is a wild comedy that depicts a co-ed dance group 'Triangle', which once swept the music scene but disbanded due to an unexpected incident, getting another chance to head to the stage after over 20 years.
Actor Um Tae-goo is set to showcase an irresistible charm as the storm rapper 'Sang-goo' of 'Triangle', despite his terrible rap skills and with passion as his strong suit.
