Broadcaster Oh Sang-jin and his wife Kim So-young, both former announcers, realized a capital gain of about 7 billion won from their investment in a building in Hannam-dong.
On the 10th, a media outlet reported that Oh Sang-jin and Kim So-young recently sold a building located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which they jointly purchased with person A for 2.3 billion won in 2017, for 9.6 billion won. According to this, the equity ratio on the property registration document shows person A as 2, and Oh Sang-jin and Kim So-young as 1 each.
The building is located near UN Village, a representative affluent area in Hannam-dong, and belongs to a high-end commercial district. A newly constructed building from 2020, it has basement levels 1 through 5, and currently houses a restaurant. However, regarding this matter, Oh Sang-jin's side has not disclosed a separate position.
Oh Sang-jin and Kim So-young, both former announcers at MBC, met as seniors and juniors at the broadcasting company and progressed to a romantic relationship, marrying in 2017. Both have continued various broadcasting activities even after leaving MBC. In particular, Kim So-young has been drawing attention on social media with a variety of endeavors, including her transformation into the head of a bookstore.
