Group CRAVITY's Allen proved his versatility by taking on the role of MC.

Allen appeared as a special MC on Arirang TV's 'Simply K-Pop: Gateway to Korea' stage broadcast on the 7th.

On this day, Allen took the stage as an MC with AB6IX's Lee Daewhi, showcasing his warm visuals, and he energized the broadcast by sending heartfelt greetings to the audience present on site and to global fans participating via real-time currency connections. Allen opened the stage by saying, "This is my first time as an MC for a music show, but I will do my best."

Allen, who speaks fluent English, continued with a neat and calm presentation, demonstrating excellent MC synergy with Lee Daewhi through witty reactions. Meanwhile, during a segment introducing CRAVITY's second regular album 'Dare to Crave', released on the 23rd of last month, he sang, "My favorite song from the album changes every day; today it’s 'Love Me Again.'"

Additionally, through interviews with artists after their performances, he posed questions to global fans, creating a communication bridge between artists and fans, and actively encouraged responses from the audience on site, thereby leading to a more enjoyable broadcast.

At the end of the broadcast, Allen spoke about CRAVITY's solo concert 'Dare to Crave' scheduled for the 12th and 13th, saying, "After watching the performance, you’ll want to see it again; a stage like that will unfold," raising anticipation for the concert.

Earlier, Allen had served as an MC on Arirang TV's K-Pop talk show 'After School Club' for about three years. He led discussions on various topics through real-time interactions with global fans and radiated his talent for entertainment and unique positive energy through diverse segments such as dance challenges and games.

In this context, Allen showcased his hosting skills, shining with his 'three-year MC' experience through this special MC role on 'Simply K-Pop,' reaffirming his capabilities. In particular, as he has been selected as the MC for the upcoming event 'ACON 2025' scheduled for December 7, there are growing expectations for his multifaceted activities.

Through his agency Starship Entertainment, Allen expressed, "I was so happy to come back to Arirang TV after a long time and serve as a special MC for 'Simply K-Pop.' It felt very meaningful and special to be with various artists and the audience, reminding me a lot of my time on 'After School Club.' I am very grateful to Lovities (the official fan club name) who came to the venue, and I want to work hard to show good performances both as a singer and an MC. Meanwhile, CRAVITY, of which Allen is a member, will hold the 2025 CRAVITY concert 'Dare to Crave' on July 12 and 13 at the Olympic Park Handball Stadium in Seoul.
