EXO member and solo artist Baekhyun has successfully wrapped up the U.S. leg of his first solo world tour.
Starting with the New York concert on June 24 (local time), Baekhyun held concerts in a total of six locations, including Chicago, Houston, Seattle, Oakland, and LA, during the '2025 BAEKHYUN WORLD TOUR 'Reverie'. Local fans continually flocked to see Baekhyun's live performances in each city, and all concerts concluded successfully in a hot atmosphere.
The concert in LA, held at the Kia Forum on July 6, was sold out, prompting the organizers to urgently open additional seats.
Baekhyun created meaningful moments by performing representative songs like 'Pineapple Slice', 'Bambi', 'UN Village', and 'Candy', as well as tracks from his mini album 'Essence of Reverie', released in May, including 'Chocolate', 'Lemonade', and the title track 'Elevator'.
Notably, immediately after the New York concert that kicked off the U.S. tour, the U.S. economic magazine Forbes highlighted Baekhyun's performance and praised him, reporting, "What stands out most is his dedication to becoming a professional superstar, setting important and new milestones in his career more than a decade after his debut." This showed a high level of appreciation for the authenticity and potential of the artist Baekhyun.
U.S. weekly magazine People also noted, "Baekhyun is constantly challenging himself as an artist, entering a new phase of his successful career," adding, "Music will forever have a place in his life, and I can’t imagine it any other way," generating anticipation for Baekhyun's ongoing journey.
This U.S. tour holds significant meaning as a turning point, marking Baekhyun's full-fledged entry into the U.S. market beyond simply being performances. In May, he launched promotions, including offline pop-up stores and digital outdoor advertisements in major U.S. cities, engaging with local fans alongside the release of new music. His coordinated efforts of music releases and the tour have left a strong impression on local fans, likely raising expectations for future global activities.
Meanwhile, after concluding the U.S. leg of his first solo world tour 'Reverie', Baekhyun will continue the tour in Berlin, Germany, on the 13th.
