On the 8th, MBC announced that its new entertainment program 'Architecture with Reason - Space Traveler' (abbreviated as Architecture with Reason) will premiere on the 22nd at 9 p.m. and will be regularly scheduled.
'Architecture with Reason' is a new concept architectural talk show that unfolds stories across various fields such as history, culture, economy, art, and science through architecture. By reinterpreting cities and spaces through architecture, it aims to provide viewers with valuable knowledge and the unique joy of an architectural journey that cannot be experienced anywhere else.
The pilot aired as a four-part series last August and garnered praise, with comments such as 'It opened a new perspective on architecture' and 'I didn't know architecture could be such interesting content.' The religious buildings introduced in the broadcast from Suwon and Paju also drew renewed attention.
'Architecture with Reason,' upgraded and returning, is expected to strengthen the 'architectural travel' concept to deliver a more immersive space exploration and in-depth architectural stories. It will expand its stage not only domestically but also internationally, promising to present a richer variety of architectural narratives.
Following the pilot, MC Jun Hyun-moo, Hong Jin Kyung, and Park Sun-young will join forces with 'star architect' Yoo Hyun-jun to create 'fantastic synergy.' In addition to Yoo Hyun-jun's insightful interpretations that capture stories within spaces, the combination of trend-sensitive Jun Hyun-moo, who has embraced architecture, the 'true genius of architecture' Hong Jin Kyung, and Park Sun-young, who infuses emotion into spaces, will deliver a more dimensional architectural narrative. This MC combination, fulfilling both knowledge and entertainment, is expected to lead viewers into the charms of architecture.
