Hanni of EXID reveals her thoughts after postponing her marriage to Yang Jae-woong.
On the 7th, Hanni appeared as a guest on the 3rd episode of Channel A's 'Oh Eun-young Stay'.
Arriving quietly at the 'Stay' site dressed in simple training clothes and without makeup, Hanni had no manager or staff accompanying her. In a pre-interview with the production team, she confessed, "I started as a celebrity too early, and after my contract ended, I realized I didn't know the world. I felt like I was a frog in a well."
During the 'Auto Talk' segment, she said, "I tend to be very sensitive to others' feelings. But now, I want to stop being so." She added, "Being sensitive is hard, and I think I had to be in an environment where I had to be." As she has experienced various events in life recently, she noted, "I realized that my life doesn't go as I wish."
She continued, "It seems that I can't choose the things that happen to me. Hence, I think naturally I've wanted to have control over my life, and it feels like I have let that desire go. 'Is it okay to live like this?'" drawing attention.
In particular, Hanni sparked curiosity through a preview of next week, stating, "For the first time, I've felt a lot of something like depression. It's burdensome, and I want to run away," and "Why do I want to walk down a thorny path?"
Meanwhile, Hanni suspended her activities after an incident involving a patient death occurred at the hospital run by her partner, Yang Jae-woong, in May of last year. Due to the incident, the two, who had promised to get married, indefinitely postponed their wedding, and Hanni also withdrew from the program she was set to appear on.
