The band Dragon Pony is keeping its promise to fans.
Dragon Pony (Ahn Tae-kyu, Pyeon Seong-hyeon, Kwon Se-hyuk, Ko Gang-hun) surprised fans by posting a teaser for 'Earth Boy' on its official YouTube channel at 7:07 p.m. on the 7th.
The released video features some of the work behind the unreleased track 'Earth Boy'. After numerous rehearsals and recording sessions, the four members are depicted performing the song as a band, leaving a poignant aftertaste.
In the video, Dragon Pony explained about 'Earth Boy', saying, "This is a song that incorporates stories from our trainee days. At that time, I expressed my frustration through music, and those feelings seemed to resemble an airship that had lost its signal from Earth."
Dragon Pony added, "We have long said that we would let fans hear 'Earth Boy' soon. I will make sure to let you hear it before summer passes. I promise you." This heightened expectations.
'Earth Boy' has previously been previewed for fans during solo concerts and festivals. Given the overwhelming requests for the official release of the track, Dragon Pony has decided to release the digital single for 'Earth Boy' to respond to the fans' enthusiastic support. Detailed information regarding the release of 'Earth Boy' will be sequentially announced through Dragon Pony's official social media.
Dragon Pony is gradually expanding its global influence as 'the top rookie of the K-band scene', participating in major festivals both domestically and internationally. Dragon Pony is expected to showcase its unique rock band charm at events such as 'SOUNDBERRY FESTA' on July 20 in Goyang, the '2025 Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival' on August 1, and the '2025 Busan International Rock Festival' on September 28.
