Actress Park Gyu-young graced the cover of the July issue of ELLE India.
On July 4th (local time), ELLE India revealed the cover featuring Park Gyu-young. Park Gyu-young has been selected as the first Korean actress to be the model for the print cover of ELLE India. ELLE India introduced her as a rising star from 'Squid Game,' showcasing a variety of mood-highlighted photos and an honest and candid interview.
In the released cover, Park Gyu-young captivates attention with her stunning visuals in an orange silk dress. The accompanying photo shoot features her in a range of styles, including a delicate short haircut, an elegant white dress, and a green-toned jacket with prominent embroidery details, perfectly embodying bold and sensuous styling.
When asked how she prepares for acting ahead of a project shoot, Park Gyu-young replied, "First, I create the visual. I consider my voice, whether my skin is dry or glowing, my posture, and the expression in my eyes when looking at objects. As I develop my outward appearance, I gradually delve into my inner self," adding, "All the roles I've played so far have gone through this layered process."
Regarding the character 'No-eul' she plays in seasons 2 and 3 of 'Squid Game,' she stated, "I believe No-eul's choices are based on at least a minimal moral standard. The minimum respect that humans owe each other, that is No-eul's goodness."
She noted, "I am truly grateful that Korean content and culture are receiving so much love," and added, "Korea has various actors, directors, writers, and countless staff who can tell diverse stories. I am grateful for the opportunity to share those stories together."
