Jang Min-ho has succeeded in his third win.
On the 4th broadcast of KBS2TV 'Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant,' singer Jang Min-ho's dish was selected as the winning menu.
Earlier, Jang Min-ho prepared spicy octopus stew as a health dish for his manager, who was hospitalized. Jang Min-ho said, "I like to add seaweed," and he surprised everyone by completing the stew with grilled octopus in just 5 minutes.
Upon seeing the spicy octopus stew, Kim Jun-hyeon noted, "That's something you should drink in a tumbler instead of an Americano in winter," causing everyone to burst into laughter.
Meanwhile, on this day, a food menu selection competition was held on the theme of 'side dishes,' featuring Lee Jung-hyun, Kim Jun-hyeon, and Jang Min-ho. Lee Jung-hyun prepared 'vegetable and entrails hot pot.' Lee Jung-hyun said, "I put green chili peppers, garlic stems, and green onions inside the entrails," introducing it as "a dish that can satisfy both meals and side dishes."
Jang Min-ho attracted attention by preparing 'numb and spicy pork cartilage.' Jang Min-ho said, "I added a thick numb and spicy sauce to the pork cartilage," adding, "Aren't I trendy? I prepared cheese balls in a trendy way. Eating this with the pork cartilage pairs very well. It's delicious even when cold."
Lee Yeon-bok tasted the numb and spicy pork cartilage made by Jang Min-ho and evaluated it as "a food that people in higher circles will love explosively."
Kim Jun-hyeon introduced 'marinated pork ribs.' The marinated pork ribs caught attention as a menu that satisfies meals, side dishes, and late-night snacks with the addition of bean sprouts.
On this day, the winning side dish menu was selected as Jang Min-ho's 'numb and spicy pork cartilage.' Jang Min-ho achieved his third win. Jang Min-ho thanked everyone, saying, "Thank you for making me the winner."
