Another couple has emerged from the entertainment industry. Actress Bang Min-a, formerly of Girl's Day, and actor On Joo-wan will become a couple in November.

On the 4th, On Joo-wan's agency, Haewadal Entertainment, announced through an official statement, "Mr. On Joo-wan has decided to spend a lifetime together with actress Bang Min-a after a serious courtship," revealing the marriage news.

They continued, "The wedding will be held quietly with family members and close relatives present. We appreciate your understanding as the ceremony will be inevitably private. Following the marriage, actor On Joo-wan is expected to continue to engage in various works and show good performances.

On the same day, Bang Min-a's agency, SM C&C, also commented on the marriage news, saying, "Actress Bang Min-a and actor On Joo-wan have developed their love from a long relationship and have decided to spend a lifetime together in November. We would appreciate your warm interest and congratulations as they embark on another new beginning in life."

They added, "The wedding will be quietly conducted with family members gathered. We ask for your generous understanding as it will be held privately. Actress Bang Min-a intends to repay the support and love from many by showing an even better performance as an actress moving forward, and will also work together with SM C&C to achieve this."

Previously, the two first connected in the 2016 drama "Miss Bathhouse." After spending time as sunbae and hoobae, they reunited through the musical "Those Days," leading to their closer relationship. It is particularly noted that last year, when Min-a experienced her father's passing, On Joo-wan stayed by her side throughout the funeral to offer comfort. Following this, the two made a commitment to tie the knot based on trust and faith.

As a result, Min-a has become the second married member of the group. Earlier, the eldest sister, So-jin, married actor Lee Dong-ha on Nov. 1, 2023, marking the first wedding, and now Bang Min-a will hold her wedding in November. As the members gathered to celebrate So-jin's wedding, the complete lineup of Girl's Day is also expected to be present at Min-a's wedding.

Meanwhile, Min-a, who debuted in 2010 with the group Girl's Day, has gained popularity releasing various hit songs such as "Shine Shine," "Hug Me Just Once," "Don't Forget Me," "Look Forward To," "Madame President," "Something," "Darling," and "Ring My Bell." Additionally, Min-a has been active in acting since 2011, starting with the sitcom "Vampire Idol," and has appeared in dramas such as "Miss Bathhouse," "Absolute Boyfriend," "Check the Event," "Delivery Man," as well as musicals like "Those Days" and "Tick Tick Boom."

On Joo-wan debuted in 2002 with the drama "Age of Warriors" and has excelled in various works including the films "The Ballet Class," "Life and Death," "Human Addiction," "Honest Candidate" series, and dramas such as "My Love, By My Side," "Punch," "Miss Bathhouse," "The Man Who Sets the Table," "Penthouse," and "The Moon that Rises during the Day."
