The group TWICE has released a sneak peek video for their fourth studio album 'THIS IS FOR' featuring a host of world-class writers.
TWICE will release their fourth full album and its title track 'THIS IS FOR' on the 11th. Prior to this, JYP Entertainment showcased visual teaser content featuring the unique charms of all nine members on TWICE's official social media channels and announced a novel concept. At midnight on the 4th, they opened an album credit list and unit member combinations along with a sneak peek that can be enjoyed as one song by mashup of highlight sections from all new songs.
This video, produced with three-dimensional animation, unfolds under the main theme of traveling with TWICE on trains and subways in three chapters: 'OUR VIBE', 'OUR LOVE', and 'OUR SUMMER'. Notably, the names of renowned domestic and international writers were engraved throughout various scenes, attracting attention. World-class writers including Tayla Parx, who created Ariana Grande's representative songs like '7 rings', 'thank u, next', '34+35', and 'pov'; Amy Allen, who has collaborated with Sabrina Carpenter; Julian Bunetta; John Ryan; Dem Jointz; Baby Tate; and hitmakers Sim Eun-ji, earattack, collapsedone, VERSACHOI, Isran, and Full8loom have all come together, hinting at the creation of a masterpiece.
Additionally, a fresh combination of unit songs spanning various genres is provided, including 'BATTITUDE (NAYEON, JEONGYEON, MOMO, MINA)', 'DAT AHH DAT OOH (SANA, JIHYO, DAHYUN, CHAEYOUNG, TZUYU)', 'LET LOVE GO (JEONGYEON, MOMO, SANA, TZUYU)', 'G.O.A.T. (MINA, DAHYUN, CHAEYOUNG)', and 'TALK (NAYEON, JIHYO)'.
The new album includes 14 tracks in total, featuring five unit songs along with the title track 'THIS IS FOR', 'FOUR', 'OPTIONS', 'MARS', 'RIGHT HAND GIRL', 'PEACH GELATO', 'HI HELLO', 'Seesaw', and 'Heartbreak Avenue'.
TWICE is set to captivate global fans with distinctive attempts and an expanded musical world shining through their fourth studio album activities and their sixth world tour this summer. They will release the new album 'THIS IS FOR' and its title track on the 11th at 1 p.m., and hold the first performance of the world tour 'THIS IS FOR' at Incheon Inspire Arena on the 19th and 20th of the same month. The new tour will open all previously held venue seats 360 degrees and break down the boundaries between the stage and audience, allowing for a more vibrant viewing of TWICE's performances.
