On the broadcast of TV CHOSUN's show "Perfect Life" on the 2nd, actress Kim Seo-ra, who played the mother roles of Gong Yoo, Kang Tae-oh, and Kim Tae-hee, appeared, resonating with the audience as their beautiful mother.
Kim Seo-ra, who returned to Korea after a remarkable six years in the United States, appeared with her daughter, Jeong Ha-rin. Hyun-young, who is currently sending her daughter to an international school, greeted Jeong Ha-rin in English with small talk. Jeong Ha-rin explained that she had no problem communicating in Korean.

Kim Seo-ra said, "People see me as about 10 years younger overseas. I try to live mentally and physically young because I like that. But allergies are tough. When my immunity drops, I suffer from red eyes, and my skin or throat is so dry that I scratch myself while sleeping, causing bleeding, which doesn’t heal easily," adding that she is inescapably 57 years old, saying, "I have been going through menopause for five years and suffering from frozen shoulder. I was warned about my cholesterol levels."
Kim Seo-ra reminisced, saying, "My mother shot a drama here called 'Princess’s Man' on KBS2TV 14 years ago," but the heat and aging made her feel overwhelmed. Kim Seo-ra reminded her daughter, saying, "It’s hot today. Did you apply enough sunscreen? I applied some, too, and it's really important to use sunscreen."
Kim Seo-ra, known for her exceptionally clear skin, was an ice cream enthusiast. The specialist warned, "Sweet things like ice cream or juice contain fructose. They activate free radicals in our bodies. Moreover, foods that have already been eaten, like chicken or tteokbokki, have already triggered free radicals, so you need to be cautious."
Kim Seo-ra shared her meticulous cleansing method. She mentioned, "I initially lived in Hawaii and ran a school training skin care professionals, and I even obtained a skin care certification," sharing the secret behind her unique touch. Lee Sung-mi remarked, "It really is different," and the specialist added, "No wonder she looks so young."
