Super Junior's Shindong opened up about the challenges of dieting on 'Problem Child in House.'

On the 3rd, Shindong and Kyuhyun appeared on the KBS2TV variety show 'Problem Child in House'. The 'broccoli test' was presented as the problem. The 'broccoli test' is a test where if you are hungry and only have broccoli available, wanting to eat it means you are really hungry, and the opposite means you are just craving food.

Shindong said, 'I like broccoli, so when I heard that, I just wanted to dip it in soy sauce and eat it,' while smiling brightly.

Shindong was a hot topic for having lost 37 kg. He achieved a weight of 79 kg from 116 kg. However, he experienced weight regain after three months. Shindong stated, 'Why wouldn't I maintain it? What could be happier? I think I chose. I didn’t want to go back to how it was before. I thought I could gain a bit back. After losing weight to 79 kg, I thought that being healthy at 89 kg would be fine. So, I was going back and forth between dieting and eating, and it increased even more.'

Shindong continued, 'I received injections in stages. I tried up to 7 stages, but they had no effect,' surprising everyone. After undergoing all 7 stages of the weight loss injection that was designed for diabetes treatment, Shindong said, 'The doctor asked, 'It should be hard to eat because you can't digest, right?' But I digested it very well.' He further mentioned, 'Hearing this, the doctor said, 'Mr. Shindong, you have overcome Wigobi,' which left everyone astonished.'
