Singer Son Dong-pyo has confirmed his participation in the musical "Sunny Ten."
Son Dong-pyo will take on the role of the male lead Junho in the musical "Sunny Ten," which runs from today, Nov. 1, to Nov. 2, at JTN Art Hall 1 in Jungno-gu, Seoul.
"Sunny Ten" is a jukebox musical that reinterprets familiar classics with a modern sensibility, and each season it has gained enthusiastic responses from audiences thanks to its stylish direction and the passionate performances of its actors.
Junho, portrayed by Son Dong-pyo, is a character who messes up everything, like a walking Murphy's Law. As a broadcast station PD, Junho must win the heart of the Director General's daughter, Hae-young, within ten days to secure a program bearing his name. It remains to be seen whether Junho can achieve both work and love.
Since his debut, Son Dong-pyo has showcased his versatile charm by navigating various platforms, including his primary career as well as variety shows and web dramas. He is expected to reveal both his excellent vocal and acting skills as he takes on the lead role in "Sunny Ten," drawing significant attention.
The musical "Sunny Ten," in which Son Dong-pyo appears, will be performed from July 1 to Nov. 2 at JTN Art Hall 1.
