'Squid Game Season 3' continues to hold the No. 1 spot for global TV shows on Netflix right after its release.

On the 30th (Korea Standard Time), according to the global OTT ranking site FlixPatrol, the Netflix original series 'Squid Game Season 3' (written and directed by Hwang Dong-hyuk, abbreviated as 'Ogam3') ranked No. 1 in the global TV shows institutional sector as of the 29th (local time).

In particular, the global TV shows institutional sector includes rankings from not only non-English speaking countries but also English-speaking countries worldwide. Among these, 'Squid Game Season 3' achieved overwhelming success by ranking No. 1 in the global TV shows institutional sector in 93 countries.

The 'Squid Game' series, which premiered in 2021, is a Netflix series that portrays the story of people participating in a mysterious survival game with a prize of 45.6 billion won, risking their lives to become the last winner.
