With the announcement of BABYMONSTER's new song just a day away, the finale of their Asia tour in Taipei heightened the atmosphere of their comeback.
BABYMONSTER held their '2025 BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR' at the NTSU Arena in Taipei on the 28th and 29th.
Amidst overwhelming cheers, BABYMONSTER kicked off the show with 'DRIP,' unleashing all their energy. Hit songs like 'BATTER UP,' 'CLIK CLAK,' 'LIKE THAT,' and 'SHEESH,' along with solo performances from the members, provided an exhilarating experience.
Another highlight, the BLACKPINK cover stage, truly ignited the fans' hearts. The interpretations of 'Kill This Love' and 'As If It's Your Last' by BABYMONSTER showcased their outstanding live skills and stage presence.
BABYMONSTER expressed their happiness about ending the Asia tour in Taipei, saying, 'I hope it becomes a beautiful memory for you as it was for us.' They added, 'We look forward to meeting you again with even better performances. We love you.'
With this, BABYMONSTER solidified their global presence by attracting 100,000 spectators in just 10 performances across 7 Asian cities. Most regions, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and Taipei, recorded sellouts, proving their exceptional ticket power.
Continuing the excitement, BABYMONSTER will release their new digital single 'HOT SAUCE' at 6 p.m. on the 1st, solidifying their global sensation. 'HOT SAUCE' is a dance track based on 1980s old-school hip-hop, featuring a catchy hook over a sound blending synthesizers and brass.
Through their official blog on the 30th, a teaser film for 'HOT SAUCE' provided a refreshing vibe with its bouncy beat, amplifying listeners' excitement. Notably, the lyrics 'Everybody want some but can’t handle what I brought ’em' highlighted BABYMONSTER's confident attitude, raising expectations among music fans.
Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER is currently on their debut world tour with 32 performances across 20 cities. After successfully completing shows in Seoul, North America, Japan, and Asia, they are entering the latter half of their tour and will hold their second North American tour starting in August, covering Toronto, Rosemont, Atlanta, Fort Worth, Oakland, and Seattle.
