Actor Kim Sang-ho revealed his humanity by expressing a heartfelt apology for an unexpected slip of the tongue in the first episode of his first variety show titled 'Seasoned Man'.

The variety show 'Seasoned Man,' aired on the 27th by TV Chosun, captures the healing life of actor Kim Sang-ho as he travels to Gwanmaedo, Jindo-gun, Jeollanam-do, to live in harmony with nature. This program, being the first one where Kim Sang-ho leads with his name in the title, attracted even more attention.

Kim Sang-ho, a 32-year veteran actor and a 13-year farmer, revealed his hideaway in Gwanmaedo, saying, "It started from a small garden," and introduced his daily life preparing seasonal meals. He expressed pride in his life in Gwanmaedo by noting, "I farm whenever I have free time. Many famous people have visited."

Following this, actor Cha Woo-min from the MZ generation also joined the broadcast, and the two began to experience rural life by foraging mugwort with the village residents. One resident suggested to Kim Sang-ho, "There are many empty houses in Gwanmaedo, so why don't you catch fish and live here?" To which Kim Sang-ho replied, "What will my wife do alone?" The residents then displayed warm rural hospitality by saying, "Bring her along; we have three houses, so we'll give you one."

However, during this process, Kim Sang-ho innocuously asked, "Is there a secondary place to go here?" which seemed to be received somewhat unpleasantly by the residents, who remarked, "Knowing Gwanmaedo properly, do you think of it as just something else?" Seemingly offended, he responded. As the atmosphere became subtly tense, Kim Sang-ho quickly sensed it and bowed his head to apologize, saying, "I’m sorry." Although it was a slip of the tongue from the first broadcast, Kim Sang-ho addressed the situation flexibly with a sincere attitude, which added to his human charm.

Afterward, the village head and residents raised the atmosphere again by saying, "We will go until the third round; the village head's house even has a karaoke room," and Kim Sang-ho, genuinely smiling, said, "I want to introduce all of Gwanmaedo. I didn't expect the first night to be so happy."

From slip-ups and apologies in the first episode to quick resolutions, Kim Sang-ho revealed both the humanity and entertainment sense of middle age through 'Seasoned Man,' increasing the anticipation for his upcoming Gwanmaedo life.
