Vocalist K.Will (real name: Kim Hyung-soo) successfully concluded his flea market venture.
On the 25th, K.Will unveiled a new episode of 'Hyung-soo's Private Life' on his YouTube channel 'Hyung-soo's K.Will.'
In the video, K.Will attended the flea market held in the heart of Seongsu-dong, a trendsetting area, as a vintage seller. Previously demonstrating his expertise in vintage products, K.Will set up the items he brought between various markets and practiced skits while preparing for the sale.
K.Will's flea market preparations began about two weeks prior. Given the opportunity to be a seller, K.Will expressed confidence, stating, "I don't usually throw away clothes, so I have a lot. I also have accessories and shoes, so I think I can cover the variety." As he organized the clothes, hats, and accessories to sell, he envisioned the market and expressed regret when it came time to sell, eliciting laughter.
Having selected a total of 156 items, K.Will meticulously checked the second-hand prices to set his pricing and finalized all preparations after in-depth discussions with the production team to form reasonable price ranges. Entering the flea market with excitement, K.Will set up the products, estimating, "I think about 60 items will sell," and pondered, "Will I be a friendly store owner or The Man from Nowhere?" bringing humor to the situation.
Even before the official opening, K.Will signaled a good start with successful sales and attracted customers with his proactive solicitation. Notably, the high-end brand items that K.Will put out garnered significant interest, as such items rarely appear at flea markets, and a variety of hats quickly became bestsellers, selling out entirely.
K.Will captivated attendees with detailed product descriptions and smooth sales pitches, earning a good reputation among the sellers by offering significant discounts based on the circumstances. By the end of the sale, he successfully sold even relatively high-priced items that had not sold prior, wrapping up the flea market with sales of 140 out of the 156 products he had prepared. He later remarked, "It was really fun. I originally love 'Anabada' a lot. So, this was a pleasantly surprising first vintage selling experience."
Meanwhile, K.Will provides diverse entertainment every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. through his YouTube channel 'Hyung-soo's K.Will.'
