Ha Ha confessed that he felt insecurity during the time of 'Infinite Challenge.'
In the episode of MBC's 'How Do You Play?' that aired on the afternoon of 28th, Yoo Jae-suk, Ha Ha, Joo Woo-jae, and Lee Yi-kyung were seen enjoying a 'room camp' package at MBC.
The production team said, 'We heard you couldn't take a good vacation, so we want to send you on a vacation,' and explained, 'It's a 'room camp,' which is a vacation spent at the broadcasting company.'
Yoo Jae-suk entered the broadcasting station with skepticism, checked in at the reception desk, and gradually immersed himself in the vacation while drinking welcome drinks of sikhye and ginseng honey tea prepared in a corner of the lobby.
While looking at the guidebook, Yoo Jae-suk was impressed to find out that there was an infinity pool and a massage chair, saying, 'It’s better than I thought. I can feel it.' Joo Woo-jae, Ha Ha, and Lee Yi-kyung arrived in turn and began to enjoy the vacation.
The four people decided to go to the cafe located on the 13th floor and headed there with their suitcases. They expressed excitement as they traveled around MBC, saying, 'When the mindset changes, it really feels like a hotel.' While moving to take the elevator, Joo Woo-jae took the lead in finding the way and teased Yoo Jae-suk, who was going the wrong way, leading Ha Ha to joke, 'He’s the one who put up a pillar at MBC.'
After receiving drinks at the cafe, they fully enjoyed the massage chairs and headed to the infinity pool. When the members saw the mini jacuzzi prepared as an infinity pool on the broadcasting company's external terrace, they chuckled and changed into swimsuits, and upon starting the water play, they exclaimed, 'It’s of better quality than I expected. It’s really nice.'
Next, the production team announced, 'There is someone from Busan,' revealing the appearance of a new member, Han Sang-jin. Han Sang-jin said, 'I took the 5 a.m. train from Busan because they said we were having a vacation,' but as soon as he arrived, he changed into his swimsuit and jumped into the water play.
After having a fun time playing in the water, they put on shower robes and went to the restaurant for a meal. The members were delighted to see the chicken cutlet on the menu and finished their meal happily. Afterwards, they decided to get dessert at a nearby cafe and played rock-paper-scissors to decide who would buy, with Han Sang-jin ending up losing due to the members' scheming.
Han Sang-jin felt embarrassed walking down the busy Sangam-dong street, while the members browsed the MBC merchandise shop while waiting for him. Ha Ha, upon discovering an 'Infinite Challenge' figurine, felt disheartened to see that Yoo Jae-suk's figurine was sold out, while many of his own figurines were still in stock. Particularly, when asking the employee about the remaining quantity, he felt even more disappointed to learn that fewer of his figurines had been sold than those of Jeong Jun-ha and Park Myung-soo.
The next course was mind care, where they took time to consult with a real therapist about mental health. Ha Ha jokingly started by saying that his merchandise wasn’t selling well, but seriously discussed the complex he had while being on 'Infinite Challenge.'
Ha Ha confessed, 'I had done a really amazing program, but I already had that complex. I had insecurities as well. It was a tremendous gift, but I felt burdened by what I had to bear. I realized that I was surrounded by genius entertainers. Although I was grateful just to keep up with their pace, it was overwhelming and difficult. I knew that I had a supporter role within that, but I developed a severe sense of inferiority.'
He added, 'I think I’ve gone through some really difficult times. Ultimately, my goal was to become a needed person. 'How Do You Play?' has also undergone many changes, and I don’t know how the four-member system will play out, so I have many concerns. I wonder if I can lead well and if I can be of help. There's this feeling that since I’m famous but not popular, will this really help?' and laughed.
Additionally, the members enjoyed the vacation by receiving skin care with a mud pack.
