Jun Hyun-moo revealed the hardships he faced during his early days in the comedy field.

On the 35th episode of the MBN entertainment show 'Jun Hyun-moo Project 2' (co-produced by MBN and Channel S), which aired on the 27th, Jun Hyun-moo and KwangTube (Kwak Jun-bin) went on a food trip to visit the 'first cold pork belly restaurant in Hongseong' along with the 'treasures of Chungmuro,' Kim Roe-ha and Ryu Hyun-kyung.

On that day, Jun Hyun-moo said, "One of today's 'food friends' is a former child actor and has been an actor for 29 years," and gave a hint. Soon after, actors Kim Roe-ha and Ryu Hyun-kyung appeared. Jun Hyun-moo stated, "When you come to Hongseong, you must eat what's essential," and headed to the cold pork belly restaurant. Upon arriving at the shop, he explained, "In the past, cold pork belly was more popular because pork distribution wasn't good, so we had to eat it frozen. Nowadays, it's good, so we eat fresh pork belly," showcasing his knowledge.

In response, Ryu Hyun-kyung asked, "Didn’t you also host the 'Wednesday Food Meeting' as well?" to which Jun Hyun-moo replied, "At that time, it was a mess," earning laughs with a self-deprecating joke. KwangTube chimed in, saying, "You received a lot of criticism back then," and Jun Hyun-moo admitted, "I received a lot of criticism from Dong-yup. The hardships, sadness, neglect, and discrimination I faced for four years, I'm now releasing all of that onto him. Just as I received it." This brought even more laughter.

On that day, Ryu Hyun-kyung shared her thoughts about her acting chemistry with Kim Roe-ha, saying, "He is very kind when we act together, but whenever we perform, I feel like I have to apologize," and Kim Roe-ha responded, "I have never done action scenes with a female actress. I worry a lot about getting hurt, but he responds very enthusiastically," conveying a warm chemistry.

Later, KwangTube asked Jun Hyun-moo and Ryu Hyun-kyung, "So how was your chemistry when you both did radio?" Ryu Hyun-kyung reminisced, saying, "It wasn't years, just a few months, but right after (the radio show) ended, he declared himself free," drawing attention.

KwangTube playfully asked, "Was there an incident back then, like a confession?" Ryu Hyun-kyung unexpectedly confessed, "Honestly, we were close to becoming family," startling Jun Hyun-moo. When he responded, "Let’s bury that discussion," a strange tension filled the scene, and Ryu Hyun-kyung revealed, "I was set up on a blind date. With my older sister. In response, KwangTube asked, "So did it not work out, leading you to declare yourself free?" Ryu Hyun-kyung added, "We met once, but it just didn’t happen. My sister then got married right after that," further adding to the humor.
