Hong Hyun-hee clarifies unjust divorce rumors, saying, "Child protection, now seriously considering it."
Comedian Hong Hyun-hee expressed her frustration over baseless divorce rumors and revealed her serious concerns about child protection.
Earlier on the 20th, a video titled "Looking for Someone" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Hong Hyun-hee Jasson's Hongssun TV.' In the video, Hong Hyun-hee, while looking for 'Sunscreen Man' during a Han River outing, cautiously addressed the recent divorce rumors.
She said, "These days, the world is very scary," and expressed disbelief that while she was only discussing the importance of her child during a talk on the Roborock channel, suddenly articles reported it as divorce rumors. Hong Hyun-hee stated, "I never mentioned the word divorce. I simply spoke about the possibility of a life without children and the freedom in that direction, which is a general statement," expressing her unjust feelings.
She continued, "Marriage itself is something I am grateful for, and I felt so sorry for Jasson. It appears as if I am the one causing problems, so from the perspective of someone living each day gratefully, I felt unnecessarily sorry and upset." She also noted, "I am receiving a lot of stress from sensational articles," emphasizing, "I hope our subscribers do not feel uncomfortable and there are no misunderstandings."
Today, just six days later, Hong Hyun-hee once again mentioned this with her husband, Jasson. In particular, she revealed her concerns related to their child. Hong Hyun-hee shared, "These days, I even have acne due to stress. Comments are saying 'Please take care of this quickly,' but it’s actually difficult to catch it." She added, "We are seriously discussing with the agency about what protective measures are necessary to prevent the child’s face from being exposed or misused," revealing the heavy sense of responsibility as a parent.
In response, her husband, Jasson, also shared his unfortunate feelings regarding the distorted information, stating, "It's not hypocrisy but duality." He remarked, "Honestly, I don’t care much, but issues related to the child are different," sharing their couple concerns.
