The four actors leading 'Cheongdam International High School 2' revealed keywords for the project ahead of the first broadcast.
The new drama 'Cheongdam International High School 2' (written by Kwak Young-im, directed by Lim Dae-woong and Park Hyung-won, produced by Why Not Media and Rian Contents), which is set to be released on July 3 at 5 p.m., is a teen psychological thriller drama featuring a power game at the elite school Cheongdam International High School combined with youth romance.
In this season 2, Lee Eun-sam, playing Kim Hye-in, a character entering 'Diamond 6' from a humble background, described 'Cheongdam International High School 2' as "color." She added, "There are really various students with different colors at Cheongdam International High School" and explained, "It is a diverse story portrayed by various characters," increasing expectations.
Kim Ye-rim, who will showcase a tense rivalry with Lee Eun-sam, referred to her character Baek Jena as "the cold queen of diamonds" and defined this work as "a collection of gems." Won Kyu-bin, who takes on the role of Lee Sarang, a devoted admirer of Hye-in, listed keywords for his character including 'faith,' 'hope,' and 'love,' explaining, "Love exists solely for Hye-in" and raising expectations for Lee Sarang's pure love story. He also revealed his special affection for this drama, saying it is "a work that embodies the 'love' of the director, all staff, and fellow actors" in his first drama challenge.
