K-POP representative rookie girl group Candy Shop has been appointed as the official ambassador for the world's largest halal industry exhibition, Halal Expo 2026.

Halal Expo serves as a business hub for Islamic culture and the global halal industry, featuring international exchanges with participation from over 30 countries each year. Candy Shop (Soram, Sui, Sarang, Julia) plans to contribute to enhancing cultural and industrial exchanges between Korea and the Middle East through its dynamic K-POP content and global fandom influence.

In particular, Candy Shop has received enthusiastic responses from music fans both domestically and abroad with its addictive performances and unique concepts in each activity, and it is gaining broad support from Generation Z through various music broadcasts and social media challenges.

In addition, it is actively expanding its presence as a 'next-generation K-POP icon' through content collaborations with popular YouTubers, interactive campaigns with global fans, and cultural exchange activities utilizing K-POP.

Candy Shop stated, "It is an honor to be part of an important occasion to connect with the halal culture in the Middle East on behalf of Korea," and expressed, "As K-POP artists, we want to convey a message of diversity and respect to the world."

Meanwhile, Halal Expo 2026 is scheduled to be held in Dubai in 2026, and Candy Shop is expected to embark on its official ambassador activities through various global campaigns, promotional content, and local exchange events.
