It was really delicious. Since then, I always put honey in my seasoning."
He added, "To make it delicious, you need to put various types of sweet and salty flavors together," while capturing attention with a total of 17 types of seasonings including honey, oligo syrup, sugar, cooking wine, cheongju, salt, soy sauce, tuna sauce, gochugaru, coarse gochugaru, gochujang, sesame, sesame oil, and MSG.
The staff who ate Kim Jun-hyun's stir-fried pork exclaimed, "This is life-changing pork," while Kim Jun-hyun presented a pork course. The second menu item was braised pork. He revealed stock contained in a 1.5L water bottle and mentioned, "7-second stock," piquing curiosity.
