Actress Geum Saerok has been cast in “Death’s Flower.”
According to OSEN’s coverage on the 25th, actress Geum Saerok will join the new drama “Death’s Flower” (working title).
“Death’s Flower” is a crime thriller genre based on a novel of the same name, depicting the story of a serial killer who murders innocent citizens under the guise of human experiments, claiming he can cure all of humanity’s diseases. The fierce narrative unfolds between a lawyer who must save the serial killer for his sick daughter and a prosecutor determined to punish him for the innocent victims.
In the drama, Geum Saerok will play a prosecutor determined to ensure the serial killer, who sacrifices innocent people under the guise of human experiments, receives the death penalty.
Geum Saerok shone in her previous work “Iron Family” as the spirited youngest daughter Lee Dalim. Her unique friendly charm and delicate acting captivated viewers, and she is expected to undergo a new acting transformation by challenging the crime thriller genre with her next project, “Death’s Flower.”
“Death’s Flower” is produced by EO Contents Group, which was behind productions like “Love Scout,” “Dear Hongrang,” and “Gyeonwoo and the Fairy.” The drama is currently in the final stages of casting and will begin filming next month once casting and shooting setups are complete.
