The mixed group KARD has embraced sexiness.
KARD (BM, Jayseph, Jeon So-min, Jeon Ji-woo) suddenly unveiled a spoiler artwork for the music video of their title track 'Touch' from their mini eighth album 'DRIFT' through their official social media at noon today (26th).
The revealed artwork features a striking silhouette of two people softly embracing each other's waists. The straightforward lyrics, "If you like what you see then I got what you need," added to the sexy yet deadly charm. In an atmosphere filled with tension, the provocative touch left viewers breathless.
The agency DSP Media noted, "In line with the bold charm of the song 'Touch,' KARD will present an intense visual experience suitable for audiences aged 19 and over through this music video. Unlike before, when they showed restrained sexiness, 'Touch' will showcase KARD's appeal as it is. Since we have incorporated the message of the music more boldly, we ask for your high expectations."
The title track 'Touch' is a trendy reinterpretation of 2000s sensibilities, enhanced with lively percussion that makes anyone listening naturally groove to the rhythm. The unique rhythm combined with pluck sounds highlights the diverse charms of the four members and completes an enchanting atmosphere.
The mini eighth album 'DRIFT' is an album where KARD seeks answers to the questions raised in their previous mini seventh album 'Where To Now? (Part.1: Yellow Light).' As they have always done, KARD continues to forge their own path without being confined to existing frameworks. They are expected to further solidify their musical identity by flexibly crossing the boundaries of genres.
KARD's mini eighth album 'DRIFT' will be released on July 2 at 6 p.m. through various music streaming sites.
