Kim Jong-min and Shin Ji's marriage, along with their comeback... Koyote, experiencing 'double happiness', has reserved a path of blooming flowers

Delightful news has come in succession for Koyote, the longest-running co-ed group in Korea. After members Kim Jong-min and Shin Ji announced their marriages, they confirmed their comeback in August and overseas concerts, truly marking a 'double celebration.'

According to an OSEN report on the 24th, Koyote is pushing ahead with new album preparations aiming for a comeback on August 7. The members have recently begun working on songs and are raising expectations by hinting at new music aimed at the summer season.

The news of their comeback is particularly welcome for another reason. Just the day before (on the 23rd), it was reported that Shin Ji conducted wedding photography ahead of her upcoming marriage next year to singer Moon Won, who is 7 years younger. Shin Ji stated through her social media, "I urgently proceeded with the wedding shoot before the Koyote activities and tour schedule got underway," adding, "I will be able to share wedding news next year personally."

Earlier, Kim Jong-min quietly tied the knot with a businesswoman who is 11 years younger on April 4. As these two members, who have shared a 27-year friendship, open a new chapter in their lives, attention naturally turns to whether the remaining member, Baekga, will also marry. At that time, Kim Jong-min jokingly said, "Now that I’m getting married, isn’t Shin Ji and Baekga likely to bring good news soon?" and indeed half of that became reality with Shin Ji's marriage announcement.

In addition, Koyote will hold a concert at ENMORE THEATRE in Sydney, Australia, on August 3, stepping up its global activities. Following that, from September onwards, they are expected to meet fans passionately through a domestic tour concert running until the end of the year.

Last November, Koyote showcased a different musical transformation with the modern rock genre through their single "Four Seasons," consistently releasing albums every year and proving their genuine status as an active group. This summer's comeback is also eagerly anticipated for their new transformation and challenges.

With marriages, a comeback, and overseas concerts, Koyote is experiencing a 'triple celebration.' Since their debut in 1998, they have maintained collaboration without ever disbanding, earning the support and trust of fans over the years through their sincerity. The personal happiness of the members and their team activities are harmonizing, and in the summer of 2024, Koyote is set to embrace the brightest season.
