Yook Hyun and Yoon Sohui, who worked together on 'Devil's Plan 2', reunite.
The 209th episode of tvN's 'Naked World History' (directed by Kim Hyung-o and Lee Yoon-ho), airing on the 24th, will unveil the reasons why mammals were able to become the rulers of Earth.
To this end, Dr. Park Jin-Young from the Institute for Basic Science at Seoul National University will serve as a guest speaker. Dr. Park Jin-Young, a paleontologist studying ancient organisms, is expected to thoroughly explore the history of mass extinctions that changed the rulers of Earth during his lecture.
Dr. Park Jin-Young said, "More than 75% of the species on Earth disappearing in a short period is known as mass extinction," explaining that throughout Earth's history, mass extinctions have occurred five times. He will also detail the timing and causes of these five mass extinctions and the life forms that vanished and survived.
Dr. Park noted, "A terrible mass extinction became an opportunity for some," raising curiosity. This refers to how remaining life forms rose to the top of the food chain following the extinction of existing predators. It is particularly intriguing to consider how the ancestors of humans, mammals that emerged from death, became the rulers of Earth and whether humanity can prevent the impending sixth mass extinction.
Along with this, today's travel mates include actress Yoon Sohui, a KAIST graduate, and science communicator Gweido. The two shared various characteristics of life forms on Earth from the Paleozoic to the Cenozoic eras while also discussing the sixth mass extinction signal facing the planet.
Additionally, Yoon Sohui recently appeared on Ha Seok-jin's YouTube channel, where she clarified her remark, "I hope Hyun-Kyu didn't lose." She expressed empathy with the reaction, saying, "I saw that people thought it was deserved," and added, "But I was also surprised while watching the screener. Did I say that?"
In particular, Yoon Sohui said, "I also hate losing in a one-on-one fight," reacting strongly, "I think I was insane," while addressing her controversy with Jung Hyun-Kyu. After that, anticipation builds for her first reunion with Yook Hyun, which happened during a game.
