Actress Chae Shi-ra's secret to maintaining her perfect beauty and figure has been revealed. Even at an age approaching her late 50s, the background of her flawless appearance and physique lies in 'genetics'.

The broadcast of Channel A's 'Close Friends Documentary - Four-Person Dining Table' aired on the 23rd, featuring creative director Jung Gu-ho, along with his close friends and actresses Chae Shi-ra and Jung Kyung-soon, who made grants appearances.

Jung Gu-ho remarked to Chae Shi-ra, 'I don't gain weight. I eat several times but don't gain weight. I've never been on a diet in my life.' Chae Shi-ra shared, 'After two days of dance practice, I felt ankle pain. It hurts when I push myself until the movements succeed.' She continued, 'When I got home, I relaxed and it hurt more. I took a two-day break, but I felt uneasy and rested for only a day. After three days, I came down with a cold, but afterward, I became more solid.'

Having received the expression 'the oldest among dancers', Chae Shi-ra said, 'My daughter has been doing Korean dance since she was in the 6th grade. Since I dreamed of being a dancer, I gave her little pieces of advice, but now that she has gone through art middle school and high school to become a major, she no longer listens.' She noted that now the situation has changed, and she is getting help from her daughter, saying, 'I have a desire to not show off, yet I also want to be assessed by my majoring daughter.
