The group TWS is set to make its official debut in Japan on July 2 and will make a series of appearances on local popular music broadcasts.
According to Pledis Entertainment on the 24th, TWS (Shin Yu, Do Hoon, Young Jae, Han Jin, Ji Hoon, Kyung Min) will appear on the famous Japanese music program TBS 'CDTV Live! Live!' airing on the 30th. On this day, the members will premiere their debut title song 'Nice to see you again' (original title はじめまして/始めまして).
TWS has also been included in the lineup for Nihon TV's summer special music broadcast 'THE MUSIC DAY 2025,' which will air on the 5th of next month. 'THE MUSIC DAY 2025' is a large music show featuring over 50 popular artists and broadcast live for 8 hours. Additionally, TWS is preparing for numerous broadcast appearances, aiming to firmly establish their presence among local audiences.
TWS plans to expand its interactions with local fans not only through broadcasts but also by participating in various festivals and sporting events. They will attend the music festival 'The MusiQuest 2025' at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo on July, and the largest local music festival 'ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2025' in Chiba on September. On the 29th, they will also serve as the ceremonial first pitchers for a game of the Chiba Lotte Marines in Japan against the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, performing special shows along with the pitch.
They are also preparing for their first solo concert in Japan. After successfully concluding their first concert in Korea from the 20th to the 22nd, TWS will kick off their '2025 TWS TOUR '24/7: WITH: US' IN JAPAN in Hiroshima on the 11th of next month, followed by performances in Aichi (13th to 15th), Fukuoka (17th to 18th), Miyagi (25th to 26th), Osaka (28th to 30th), and Kanagawa (August 9th to 10th) across a total of 6 cities with 13 performances.
Meanwhile, TWS's first Japanese single 'Nice to see you again' delivers a special thrill in daily life, reminiscent of sparkling summer memories, encapsulating TWS's refreshing charm. It includes three tracks: the titular song, a Japanese version of 'Plot Twist -Japanese ver.-' which is the Japanese version of 'First meeting didn’t go as planned,' and 'BLOOM (feat. Ayumu Imazu)' written and composed by popular artist Ayumu Imazu.
