The singer Urban Zakapa member Park Yong-in's brand involved in kimchi sales received an administrative penalty due to a manufacturer's mistake.

On the 23rd, a representative from Urban Zakapa's agency, Andrew Company, stated to OSEN, "It is true that Park Yong-in received an administrative penalty concerning the kimchi sold by the brand he represents."

However, a representative from Andrew Company explained, "I understand that the administrative penalty was due to a mistyped number from the manufacturer, not from Park Yong-in's company." Furthermore, they cautiously added, "Since the artist's business is a private matter, I ask for your understanding that we cannot provide further details."

Park Yong-in is currently the CEO of Virtue Company. Meanwhile, the kimchi brand under Virtue Company has been embroiled in controversy for violating food labeling and advertising laws. It turned out that the manufacturer incorrectly registered some product manufacturing report numbers, including aged kimchi, resulting in the administrative penalty.

Along with Jo Hyun-a and Kwon Soon-il, Park Yong-in, a member of the mixed group Urban Zakapa, has transformed into an entrepreneur through Virtue Company. Previously, Virtue Company faced a fine of 10 million won for 'butterless butter beer,' while Park Yong-in was sentenced to two years of probation and eight months in prison.
