Actor Kang Hong-seok successfully concluded the Seoul performance of the musical 'Aladdin.'
On the 22nd, Kang Hong-seok wrapped up the last performance of the musical 'Aladdin' in Seoul amidst enthusiastic applause and cheers from the audience, proving the undeniable prowess of an irreplaceable star.
The musical 'Aladdin' (produced by S&Co), based on the animated film of the same name, portrays Aladdin's journey set in the enchanting Agrabah, featuring bold adventures, classic entertainment, and a timeless love story filled with genuine friendship.
Kang Hong-seok perfectly transformed into the 'Genie' role, a character with omnipotent magic, guiding the audience into a world of fantasy. The Genie longs for freedom and becomes friends with Aladdin, who soon becomes his master.
With an irreplaceable cast that garnered much anticipation even before its opening, the praise from the audience for Kang Hong-seok continues unabated. Various social media platforms are filled with comments such as, "I can't imagine anyone but Kang Hong-seok as the Genie," "Hong Genie is truly amazing," "Hong Genie flies across the stage," and "Kang Hong-seok's Genie is simply the best. After the last performance in Seoul, Kang Hong-seok expressed, "I first saw the musical 'Aladdin' on Broadway 11 years ago. Since then, I have held the Genie close to my heart. I want to express my gratitude for being able to perform 'Aladdin' in Korea."

Meanwhile, the musical 'Aladdin,' featuring Kang Hong-seok, will move its stage to Dream Theatre in Busan, meeting the audience from July 11 to September 28.
