Yoo Jae-suk apologized through a handwritten letter of reflection after bankruptcy.

On the 22nd, SBS Running Man's team posted on their official SNS, "[Letter of Reflection] Yoo Jae-suk, Song Ji-hyo, and Haha, who aimed for quick riches, are being penalized!" and shared three letters of reflection.

Earlier, the Running Man race aired that day, themed as 'Choi Kkang Avengers Last Place Showdown,' where 'Running Man Kkang Kkang 4 Siblings' Song Ji-hyo, Yang Se-chan, Choi Daniel, and Ji Ye-eun competed in a quiz war for the title of top Kkang.

'Kkang Avengers' bet ice balls upon hearing the categories, and if they guessed correctly, they received one ice ball as a prize and double the amount they bet on. The other members predicted the correct answer and took a risk; if successful, they could win double.

Song Ji-hyo chose 'racing' as her confident category, and encouraged by her momentum, Yoo Jae-suk bet five ice balls. However, Song Ji-hyo failed to correct the answer. Despite a series of investment failures, Yoo Jae-suk, who even took a loan from the production team, trusted Song Ji-hyo and invested again when the keyword 'racing' came up.

However, when this also ended up being incorrect, Yoo Jae-suk was penalized for being unable to repay the loan. Alongside Yoo Jae-suk, Song Ji-hyo and Haha were also selected for penalties and humiliated by having to write letters of reflection.

Through the letter of reflection, Yoo Jae-suk conveyed, "I am writing this letter of reflection after aiming for quick riches and suffering a downfall. In the future, I will be more mindful and work together with my colleagues to create more entertaining broadcasts without acting recklessly. I apologize."

Former member Jeon So-min, seeing this, also liked the post, showing her continued affection for Running Man.

Meanwhile, SBS Running Man airs every Sunday at 6:10 p.m.
