'B:MY BOYZ' opened its legendary stage with the top idol NCT.

On the 21st, the first broadcast of the SBS ultra-large global boy group audition program 'B:MY BOYZ' (hereinafter 'B:MY BOYZ') showcased the first stage of the Beginners (B:GINNER). Additionally, the MCs (Miyen and Dex), masters (Hui, Jin-ho, Yuju, Lia Kim, and Lee Yoo-jung), and top artist NCT met the fandom Venus (B:inUS) for the first time, creating excitement.

The MCs of 'B:MY BOYZ', Miyen and Dex, said, "The world always shines on someone’s earnest dream. It's time for the voices of the trainees taking their first steps to become someone's only one to reach you." Along with this, participants were given the names 'Beginner', while the fandom was named 'Venus', and the official journey began.

The Beginners who received invitations in their daily lives gathered at SBS for their first shoot. The first to arrive, Kai, stated, "It's a fun and tense space that matches my thoughts." Next, model-turned-soldier Jang Won, the cute charmer and youngest Beginner at 14, Bandaniel, and the handsome visual Kang Jun-seong appeared in turn, exchanging warm greetings.

'B:MY BOYZ' will decide the debut of the top 8 contestants through a total of 4 missions and a live broadcast final. Since only 8 will receive debut jackets, the Beginners expressed their expectations with postcards filled with passion and determination.

Amidst this, a photo wall suddenly opened, revealing the identities of the现场 audience and starting an unexpected mission. The first-round competition unfolded immediately with the top idols NCT's Johnny, Jung-woo, Ten, and Xiaojun. As the top idols observed the stage, they selected the top pick first team, all of whom survived, with one individual from each other team also becoming top pick, creating a rule that provided tension regardless of team rankings. Ten noted, "I'm looking forward to how you will make our song your own."

The first stage of the first round, unfolding as a concept battle, was prepared by the hip-hop team of Moon Jae-il, Bandaniel, Yang Hyun-bin, Lee Seong-in, Lee Yeon-tae, and Lee Jun-myeong with 'Baggy Jeans.' Team leader Lee Jun-myeong, who is a trainee from a large entertainment company, introduced, "I approached it with a kitschy and hip feeling." In reality, during the practice process, the members focused on a powerful performance, even creating choreography themselves within 30 seconds, but received feedback from the masters noting that their vocals were unstable during the mid-point check. Directed by Yuju, the high notes were taken over by Lee Jun-myeong, and the already dedicated hip-hop team powerfully presented 'Baggy Jeans' in the main competition.

After watching this, Johnny said, "It was clear you prepared hard, and I felt your interpretation in the sections where you created the choreography." Jung-woo remarked, "Lee Jun-myeong looks relaxed on stage," and Ten praised, "The energy was really good." However, Xiaojun provided constructive feedback, saying, "Since it's a difficult song, it would have been good to practice vocals more."

The second stage featured the charismatic team of Kim Jung-hoon, Lizzi Wei, Park Se-chan, Lim Jihwan, Kai, and Hyo with 'Fact Check.' Since it was the team directly organized by the top scorer Kai from the first mission, he confidently said, "All the members have their own colors," while leader Hyo also urged, "Please feel our efforts." Even in the practice process, the charismatic team showcased their teamwork, dividing parts smoothly, and challenged collectively to create choreography, hinting at becoming a 'legend team.' Especially with the support of the masters' advice, they researched charisma, completing a solid presentation with the gaze and immersion they learned from watching NCT's actual stages.

Although the original song was acknowledged to be of high difficulty by NCT, Xiaojun praised, "As expected, the charismatic team," while Johnny commented, "They interpreted it well with a different color from NCT 127, maintaining the dynamics carefully." Ten added, "Each movement's details are good," and Jung-woo highlighted the members' teamwork, saying, "The teamwork and confidence look good; they did a great job."

'B:MY BOYZ' began successfully with 'legendary stages' right from the first broadcast. Additionally, the heartfelt judgments and support from NCT members offered warmth to both the Beginners and the viewers. This raises high expectations for the Beginners' other performance songs, such as the powerful 'Hero,' the old-school '90's Love,' and the sexy 'Love Talk.'
