'Omniscient Interfering View' captivated viewers on Saturday night with the healing daily lives of BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) member J-Hope and quirky actress Choi Kang-hee.

The 352nd episode of the MBC entertainment program 'Omniscient Interfering View' broadcast on the 21st (yesterday) featured the second part of BTS J-Hope's daily life and a special day spent with his 30-year friend and former butcher shop owner Mi-ja, continuing from last week.

During the broadcast, J-Hope drew attention by sharing behind-the-scenes stories from his world tour, which attracted 520,000 audience members worldwide. After successfully concluding the Bangkok concert, J-Hope returned to the hotel and feasted on the combination of steak and bibim ramen that he enjoyed with the members, while manager Andasol revealed, "This is the routine after every performance," intriguing viewers.

J-Hope began practicing choreography to shoot the music video for the much-anticipated new song 'Killin' It Girl' in Bangkok. Despite it being their first joint practice, J-Hope, who personally gathered overseas dancers via social media, showcased perfect coordination, leaving everyone amazed. The choreography practice, directed meticulously by J-Hope, the leader of BTS's choreography team, demonstrated the ultimate sexy performance, earning thunderous applause.

After the choreography practice, J-Hope took a break from his relentless world tour schedule to explore downtown Bangkok for the first time. Accompanied by manager An and security personnel, hair designer, and staff who had been with BTS since the beginning, J-Hope visited the trendy night market in Bangkok, indulging in a variety of Thai foods like Thai pancakes (roti), freshly caught squid, and more, creating a delightful food experience that whetted appetites.

During the meal, J-Hope started by saying, "I did well in the military," revealing for the first time a military service episode where he ran 10 kilometers daily to earn vacation days and fully covered the expenses for his military buddies during their MT (membership training) session. Additionally, J-Hope, who mentioned that he has mapped out a 20-year life plan, expressed to his manager, "I hope we can work happily together for a long time," and left a heartfelt video message for the members, signaling preparation for a complete group activity and raising expectations.

Next, the busy day of quirky actress Choi Kang-hee was revealed. Preparing for a move, Choi Kang-hee decided to take a home stay in her yard before parting with her beloved home. She made a muesli dish using tomato marinade and oatmeal, and the 'garden forest' created by Kang-hee, filled with the freshness of early summer, was healing just to look at.

After enjoying a picnic in the yard, Choi Kang-hee attended a personal speech class with an announcer. After unexpectedly receiving a diagnosis from a literacy test, she decided to take classes to improve her literacy skills. Her earnest engagement in the class left a deep impression on the viewers.

Meanwhile, Choi Kang-hee started PT classes with Mi-ja, the butcher shop owner and her friend of 30 years, whom she mentioned during her acceptance speech for the Rookie of the Year award at the 2024 MBC Broadcasting Entertainment Awards. Notably, Mi-ja astonished everyone with her surprising athletic abilities, perfectly executing battle rope exercises.

Additionally, Choi Kang-hee attracted attention by transforming into a part-time worker at Mi-ja's butcher shop, where she had worked during a break from acting. She showcased her versatility by smoothly handling everything from cooking to washing dishes, adding laughter with her different charm compared to her usual quirky self. Mi-ja, who has always been a supportive friend during Choi Kang-hee's tough times, said, "She's like family. I'm really glad she decided to return to acting, which she's best at. If it’s really tough for you, you don’t have to, and I hope you find happiness," conveying her genuine feelings. In response, Choi Kang-hee promised, "I promise I won't let you go. Let’s be happy together," resulting in a touching moment in their story that was hard to listen to without tears.

According to Nielsen Korea, the 352nd episode of 'Omniscient Interfering View' recorded a peak viewership rating of 4.8% during the interview scene where Kim Mi-ja explained her reason for not wanting to post a picture of Choi Kang-hee in her shop. Her heartfelt consideration for her close friend over promoting her business deepened the impression of their long-standing friendship.

In next week's broadcast, the original 'cleaning guru' Brian will unveil his enormous dream house, measuring 144 pyeong, for the first time. Brian’s dream come true will see Jun Hyun-moo, Yoo Byung-jae, and Hong Hyun-hee visiting for a chaotic yet exciting luxury housewarming party. Furthermore, 'vintage master' actor Kim Seok-hoon will find himself drowning in unexpected purchases at his friend Song Eun-yi's office, adding to the intrigue.
