Choo Young-Woo made his mark as an actor once again at 'ASEA 2025'.

The photoshoot with At Style's July issue was taken at the 'ASEA 2025' awards ceremony. Choo Young-Woo took the stage as both a presenter and a recipient, winning 'The Best Artist' and 'Global Rising Artist'. In the interview, he candidly expressed everything from the lively atmosphere of the ceremony to his sincere feelings about acting and his message to fans.

"I was excited to be part of the festival atmosphere and I happily sang along with the songs," he said, adding, "It was a day I experienced both presenting and receiving awards, so I think it will stay in my memory for a long time." He also noted, "There was some tension, but the moment of delivering an award to another actor or artist felt more meaningful than I had anticipated."

Having had great success with 'The Tale of Lady Ok' and 'The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call' earlier this year, he said, "The more attention I receive, the more I feel the need to improve myself," adding, "I want to gradually create my own color through various characters." He also shared a candid confession, saying, "I have realized my aspiration for comedy through acting."

As his next projects, he will simultaneously showcase Netflix's 'The Gyeonggi Province' and tvN's 'Gyeonwoo and the Fairy'. He stated, "Both works have completely different genres and tones, so I feel I can show another side of Choo Young-Woo in them," expressing his excitement. He also mentioned, "Every time I meet various characters, I draw out the aspects within me and connect them to the characters," and conveyed his desire to continuously challenge himself and build his narrative as an actor.

Finally, Choo Young-Woo expressed, "I want to do better because there are people who love my work and support both the characters and me," and promised he would grow stronger in order to repay that kindness.
