Netflix's 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' has made a 'big hit.'
According to Flix Patrol, an online content service ranking site, the Netflix original movie 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' ranked 1st in the Netflix global movie chart with a score of 715.
Released on 20th, 'K-Pop Demon Hunters' is an action fantasy animation that tells the story of K-Pop superstars 'Lumi,' 'Mira,' and 'Joy' as hidden heroes protecting the world behind glamorous stages.
Ahn Hyo-seop has challenged English dubbing for the first time, and Lee Byung-hun plays the villain 'Gui-ma,' participating in both Korean and English dubbing. Additionally, members Jungyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung from the group TWICE contributed to the OST, raising expectations.
Furthermore, incorporating Korean elements such as Namsan Seoul Tower, traditional houses, and grim reapers adds visual appeal, achieving first place in a total of 18 countries, including Australia, Chile, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Poland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States, just one day after its release.
As global interest in 'K-Pop Demon Hunters,' showcasing a new world of K-POP exorcism action previously unseen, continues to grow, attention is focused on how far it can reach.
