Singer and actress NS Yoon-ji (Kim Yoon-ji) shared her secret for managing weight after overeating.

On the 22nd, a video titled "Please do this after overeating! Feat. management routine + dietary tips!" was posted on NS Yoon-ji's YouTube channel.

In the video, NS Yoon-ji showcased a week of binge eating starting with two hamburgers, French fries, and a drink, followed by meat and intestines.

Later, NS Yoon-ji opened up by saying, "It's not a cheat day, but rather I've spent almost a cheat week," and added, "I always consider Monday as a reset point and live my life thinking of it that way."

She continued, "So, if I have overeaten all week or due to a cheat day, I don't weigh myself on Monday morning. Because when I weigh myself on Monday and see the number, my mental state gets shaken, and I might lose motivation for exercise or diet."

In particular, NS Yoon-ji revealed her own method for managing after overeating. She explained, "The day after overeating, you need to drink more than 2 liters of water. You should drink a lot of water, thinking that it flushes out the salt in your body."

The second point is to maintain fasting for as long as possible. NS Yoon-ji stated, "Basically, when I am dieting and managing, I maintain a 16-hour fast. However, when I eat a lot, I manage to maintain it for about 20 hours."

The third point is that after maintaining fasting, the first meal should always be a salad. She mentioned, "I think of it as refilling my body with really clean and healthy food."

For exercise, she mentioned that fasting cardio should be done, saying, "Since I maintain fasting for quite a long time, I honestly feel hungry and low on energy in the morning, but I absolutely recommend fasting cardio. When you do fasting cardio, you use the energy in your body, so it seems like you burn fat a bit better, and as I've said countless times, nothing seems to work as effectively for losing weight as fasting cardio."

Lastly, she recommended lower body workouts. She explained, "I heard that lower body workouts consume a lot of calories. Since I maintain fasting a lot and eat healthy things (mostly vegetables) while reducing the quantity, my energy might drop a bit, so I don't do weights or exercises that could strain my body, but I do combine lower body workouts."
