The group ENHYPEN has announced its follow-up activities with "Outside."
ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunwoo, Ni-ki) released a teaser for the music video of the track "Outside" from their mini album "DESIRE: UNLEASH" on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel at midnight on the 21st.
"Outside" features a heavy sound that captivates the ears, with a chase scene that draws attention. The rapid transitions of the members' sprints and the thrilling action heightened the tension, making it impossible to take your eyes off them. The members' quirky hip-hop styling also added visual interest.
The powerful performances of ENHYPEN appearing throughout the video stand out prominently. The hip and dynamic choreography, such as kicking in rhythm and forcefully flicking elbows, exudes a different charm compared to the title track "Bad Desire (With Or Without You)." They unleashed explosive energy even in brief moments, building anticipation for their upcoming stage.
"Outside" is an intense hip-hop trap song that amplifies charisma with a powerful beat, featuring lyrics that directly express the desire to make you exist as one with them. ENHYPEN's rough and dynamic rap, along with their gang vocals, leaves a strong impression and showcases their unique musical color. The full music video for this song will be unveiled at midnight on the 23rd.
ENHYPEN is gaining global popularity with their mini album "DESIRE: UNLEASH." This album has recorded the second-highest initial sales (album sales in the first week after release, 2.14 million copies) among K-pop albums released this year and reached 3rd place on the Billboard 200 chart (as of June 21).
Regarding this comeback, Forbes commented on the 19th (local time), "ENHYPEN has established itself as one of the most notable K-pop groups globally over the past five years," adding, "After rising as superstars in Korea, they are steadily expanding their fan base in the West."
Meanwhile, ENHYPEN will hold their world tour "ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR 'WALK THE LINE' IN ASIA" today (21st) at the Rajamangala National Stadium, the largest performance venue in Thailand. They previously showcased their strong ticket power by selling out all seats. Various events utilizing ENHYPEN's IP will take place before and after the concert in Bangkok.
