A second-year middle school student, Geumjjok, showed signs of anxiety due to past experiences of abandonment.

On the 20th, Channel A's 'The Parenting Now, Geumjjok's Precious Child' revealed the story of Geumjjok expressing extreme anger towards their mother.

Previously, Geumjjok only exhibited extreme anger and violence towards their mother. The mother said that she left home due to divorce issues around the time Geumjjok started elementary school and that they had been separated for about a year and a half. Dr. Oh Eun-young noted that Geumjjok likely has emotional scars due to previous experiences of abandonment.

On this day, Geumjjok opened up. Geumjjok said, "They say they will send me to dad's house. I feel abandoned." They also mentioned uncertainty about their honest feelings towards their mother, saying, "I don't know if I have ever been loved by my mother," which drew sympathy from those around. Upon seeing this, the mother shed tears.

Geumjjok spoke about the time they lived apart from their mother. Geumjjok reminisced, saying, "I did miss her," adding, "I played as a soccer defender when I was young and did well. I wanted to show her that, but she wasn't there."

Geumjjok said they didn't remember the time spent apart from their mother but actually do remember everything and were hurt by it. Geumjjok confessed, "Back then, I just thought my mom didn't come, but as I grew older, I realized it was quite sad and distressing."

Geumjjok attracted attention by asking, "Am I a precious being to my mom?" On this day’s observation video, Geumjjok was seen wanting to stay in their mother's room for a long time and seeking love. Geumjjok stated, "Even if it's not immediately, I will try little by little to improve for our family relationships," showing a courageous attitude.

Upon seeing this, the mother reflected, saying, "I now understand the child's feelings. I felt I need to take better care of them like I did when they were younger."
