In an outing for ‘Home Alone,’ Kim Dae-ho created a strange atmosphere with Ok Ja-yeon.
On the broadcast of MBC's entertainment show ‘Home Alone’ (hereafter ‘Home Alone’), which aired on the 20th, Kim Dae-ho, Ok Ja-yeon, and Code Kunst, known as the ‘Nature Triad,’ visited a deep valley in Pyeongchang, Gangwon Province, under the name ‘Code Name: Nature.’
That day, Kim Dae-ho, Code Kunst, and Ok Ja-yeon joined together under the name ‘Code Name: Nature’ for a nature exploration outing. Regarding this, Kim Dae-ho said, “Today, we are going far to Gangwon Province for a nature exploration. As the season begins to get warmer, I was curious about what plants and animals are native to our country. Since Code Kunst has talked a lot about nature and has an extraordinary understanding of biology, I brought him in.”
Upon the appearance of Ok Ja-yeon, Kim Dae-ho welcomed her with a bright smile, saying, “Her name is even Nature. This must be fate,” hinting at the idea of destiny. Then, Jun Hyun-moo asked, “Why is he filming ‘I’m Solo’ by himself?” to which Kim Dae-ho explained, “It means that liking nature is my destiny.”
Kim Dae-ho expressed his excitement, saying, “Since it’s a gathering of people who share a great interest, it could be awkward if we don’t match. I thought it would be fun because our characters seem different even though we get along well.”
Code Kunst stated, “I prepared this because I’m very interested in collecting,” and gifted a collecting net. While playing ball toss with the collecting net, Kim Dae-ho said, “Do you want to try it too, Nature?” and Jun Hyun-moo teased, “He’s filming ‘I’m Solo’ again.” Key remarked, “What am I looking at right now?” causing laughter.
In the previous broadcast, it was noticeable that Kim Dae-ho had an explosive reaction particularly to Ok Ja-yeon. He showed reactions to even trivial actions and revealed his tension while sitting in the passenger seat next to her. Seeing this, Jun Hyun-moo joked, “His expression is deeply immersed in imaginary romance,” to which Kim Dae-ho responded, “Isn’t it nerve-wracking to be in a car driven by someone else?”
In an awkward atmosphere, the three exchanged conversations about nature. At that moment, Kim Dae-ho showed an excessive reaction to Ok Ja-yeon's responses, and Code Kunst, observing the two, laughed and said, “It feels like suddenly having a mom and dad.” On the other hand, Key joked, “It’s not Code Name Nature, it’s Rocket Team,” referencing the animation characters Rosa, Roy, and Nyang.
The three, heading to the moss valley of Gariwang Mountain in Gangwon Province, greeted various experts, including a vivarium specialist, a small exotic animal expert, an amphibian and reptile expert, a small animal expert, and an amphibian insect expert.
They embarked on a full-scale nature exploration with the experts, excitedly observing various plants and animals such as moss, butterflies, and snakes. Amidst an atmosphere reminiscent of ‘I’m Solo,’ Kim Dae-ho discovered a snake in the mountains. Fortunately, it was not a venomous snake but a rat snake, and Ok Ja-yeon praised him, saying, “Dae-ho really knows how to find them.”
Later, the members, who visited the valley, were all interested in the moss, while Code Kunst, uninterested, went into the water. He revealed in an interview, “To be honest, I’m not interested. Moss is nice, but although nature is mysterious, it’s fun because I imagined ‘something must be living there.’ I don't want to create a house that’s unsold.”
The three who entered the valley caught and observed fish, frogs, and crayfish before enjoying some water play. At that moment, Kim Dae-ho caught a stumbling Ok Ja-yeon, and the sight of the two holding hands surprised the panel, who exclaimed, “What’s going on?” In response, Ok Ja-yeon remarked, “The current is really fast,” and Code Kunst lamented, “I missed that scene,” resulting in laughter.
Meanwhile, in the upcoming preview, while Code Kunst was preparing outside, Kim Dae-ho and Ok Ja-yeon created a warm atmosphere in the kitchen. Above all, Kim Dae-ho couldn’t hide his frequent smiles, and in an interview, he shyly remarked, “I don’t remember what I said,” raising curiosity.
