An Jae-hyun shared his recent update on his bulked-up physique on Home Alone.

In the MBC program Home Alone, which aired on the 20th, An Jae-hyun was depicted standing in front of the 'Stairs of Hell' due to the APT. elevator replacement work.

On that day, An Jae-hyun said, “Finally, the time has come. We are doing elevator repairs in our APT. We started yesterday. It looks like it will last about a month.”

An Jae-hyun's home is on the 20th floor, the very top floor of the APT. He explained, “That announcement has been around since last winter. I had been mentally preparing for it since then,” adding that the construction was delayed, starting in the summer.

Having steadily built his strength due to the elevator construction, An Jae-hyun noted, “I've increased my food intake and have been eating a lot. I exercised for four months without rest. I can go up to the 20th floor without stopping. It’s very easy.”

Struggling down the stairs after finishing his recycling and arriving back home, An Jae-hyun gathered what he needed and headed out again. The place he went to was the gym. An Jae-hyun said, “I felt like I needed to go every day to maintain a healthy body. So today, the elevator construction is still going on, but I went to work out.”

Starting various types of lower body exercises, An Jae-hyun was surprised by the 20 kg weight added to the trainer but exclaimed, “I think this will boost my confidence.” He added, “This is nothing. My life has been harder.” This remark brought laughter.
