Singer Koo Jun-yeob is preparing to move near the grave of his late wife, Seohuiwon, whom he misses, according to reports.
On the 19th, the Taiwanese media outlet ETtoday reported that Koo Jun-yeob has been visiting the grave of his wife, Seohuiwon, at Jinbao Mountain every day since her passing, and that he looked at a new house near Jinbao Mountain two months ago.
According to the report, Koo Jun-yeob's visited house is near Jinbao Mountain, and some houses in the area reportedly have views of Jinbao Mountain from their terraces. Local residents told the media that Koo Jun-yeob came to look at the house about two months ago.
However, it is not known whether Koo Jun-yeob purchased the house. Koo Jun-yeob's mother-in-law, Seohuiwon's mother, told ETtoday, "I haven't heard anything yet. He really loved Seohuiwon. Thank you for your concern."
Meanwhile, the late Seohuiwon passed away on Feb. 2 in a hospital in Tokyo, Japan. She had traveled to Japan with family for a trip on the 29th of last month and was transported to the emergency room on the third day of her trip but ultimately passed away due to pneumonia caused by the flu. Afterward, her family interred the deceased at Jinbao Mountain in Taiwan.
In particular, Koo Jun-yeob has reportedly ceased all activities and has not appeared in public since his wife's death, and he has recently been reported to have lost nearly 12 kg. He is said to spend his nights in tears, deeply mourning the loss.
Koo Jun-yeob is known to visit the grave of the deceased at Jinbao Mountain every day and has begun preparing to create a commemorative statue of Seohuiwon near the grave.
