The group H1-KEY is caught up in rumors of a change of agency, and the agency has expressed its position.
Earlier that day, a media outlet reported that H1-KEY had decided to transfer to Choi Creative Lab and was in final negotiations. According to the report, all members of H1-KEY will leave GLG after three years since their debut to continue their activities at Choi Creative.
In response, an official from H1-KEY's agency, GLG Entertainment, stated on the 20th to OSEN, "There has been no confirmation regarding the transfer to Choi Creative Lab."
However, regarding the mini album 'Lovestruck' by H1-KEY set to be released on the 26th, it was explained that it is "co-produced by GLG and Choi Creative Lab."
Currently, Choi Creative Lab includes Kim Yeon-ja, Apink members Park Cho-rong, Yoon Bo-mi, Kim Nam-joo, Oh Ha-young, trot singer Jin Wook, Kim So-yeon, Hwang Min-woo, and Hwang Min-ho.
Meanwhile, H1-KEY, which debuted in 2022 and is now in its third year, is a four-member girl group consisting of Yell, Whee-sung, Seo-yi, and Riina. They gained recognition for both popularity and musicality with their title track 'A Rose Blooming Between Buildings' from their first mini album released in 2023. Additionally, with the title track 'SEOUL' from their second mini album released in the same year, they achieved their first music show win after debuting and recorded a career high, adorning the digital cover of the UK's NME, rising to the level of a top girl group.
